This page details our customer terms and conditions.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our shop online and add any flowers or gifts that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the Checkout button and you will be asked for the details we need to complete your order.
We accept debit and credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your card provider will convert the transaction into your local currency.
We accept most credit and debit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Clearpay. You may also order and pay over the phone by calling us.
Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.
When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Acceptance of your order, and therefore a contract between us, will be confirmed when payment has been processed. This protects us in the event of pricing errors or if we are no longer able to supply a particular product. If there is a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure the price is acceptable.
Orders received before 1pm Monday to Saturday UK time for UK delivery may be delivered the same day if required. Please note some pages may show a different same-day cut-off time, such as 11am on certain days. Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that day, provided the order is received before the same-day cut-off time.
Orders placed for delivery on a public holiday will be delivered on the next working day. Online deliveries can only be within the UK. To send flowers overseas please telephone.
No timed deliveries, except for funeral tributes and weddings.
Please telephone if you have an emergency order. If you require specific flowers, please telephone at least 24 hours before delivery is required.
Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not home, the flowers or plant may be returned and a delivery note left for collection. If a neighbour is home, we may leave the flowers or plant with them if they are willing to accept responsibility for the delivery.
If the recipient is physically unable to collect their flowers or plant, a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient as soon as possible. We are not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants or sundries if left in a safe place.
We take care of our flowers and ensure freshness and quality at all times.
Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of management. Due to the perishable nature of our products, you are advised to make any complaint within one working day of delivery. We will always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient, either by offering a replacement or a refund depending on the nature of the complaint.
